Quality Management System Certification According to ČSN EN ISO 9001
In 2002 a quality management system on the basis of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 was implemented and certified in KOMIX s.r.o.
The Certificate is issued for the following processes: Systems Integration; Software analysis, development, implementation, testing and maintenance;Hardware and software delivery
The aforementioned certificate is renewed in yearly intervals by an inspection audit and every three years by a recertification audit.
KOMIX s.r.o. defended already granted Certificate in accordance with the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 at re-certification on November 16, 2005. The Certificate issued by CQS company, IQNet and CQS international association is effective till November, 2008 and applies to the processes as follows: System integration; Analysis, development, implementation, testing and service of software; Supplies of hardware and software. The granted Certificates have the following numbers: CQS: CQS 2040/2005 and IQNet: CZ - 2040/2005.
Project Quality Management System Certification According to ČSN EN ISO 10006
In 2009 KOMIX s.r.o. introduced in the existing integrated management system, a new project management methodology, which was introduced in all processes and then the certification authority CQS (Association for Quality Certification) certified as complying with the requirements of ČSN ISO 10006. Issued certificate of quality management of the project is valid until September 12, 2012.
Certification of the Environmental Management System according to ČSN EN ISO 14001
The Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the standard ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 has been introduced in KOMIX s.r.o. for the field of environment since November, 2006. In connection with introduction of the Environmental Management System, an integrated management system has also been introduced. Its functionality was verified during supervisory ČSN EN ISO 9001 audit and certification ČSN EN ISO 14001 audit in November 2006.
The Certificate issued by CQS company and IQNet international association is effective till December 31, 2009 and applies to the processes as follows: System integration; Analysis, development, implementation, testing and service of software; Supplies of hardware and software. The granted Certificates have the following numbers: CQS: CQS 155/2006 and IQNet: CZ - 155/2006.
Certification of safety management and occupational health according to OHSAS 18001:2008
In 2009 KOMIX s.r.o. introduced new system of safety management and occupational health according to OHSAS 18001:2008. The certification was conducted in June 2009 and the certification authority issued the CQS No 128/2009, for processes - Systems integration, analysis, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software, hardware and software delivery, valid until June 2012.
Service management System Certification in accordance with ISO/IEC 20000-1
During 2008 KOMIX s.r.o. introduced in the existing integrated management system new IT service management (ITSM) according to ISO/IEC 20000-1, which was certified in early 2009.
Certification is done by the certification authority CQS, which issued no CQS 2309/2009 and international IQNet Certificate No.: CZ - 2309/2009 for 'Application technical support service , "Infrastructure technical Support", "System software support ", "Support for testing" and "Operation applications outsourcing". The certificate is valid until February 24, 2011.
Certification of information security management in an organization according to ISO/IEC 27001
KOMIX s.r.o. announced the expansion of its ISO certification to the standard ISO/IEC 27001. The embedded information security management certification were certified by CQS and gave KOMIX CQS Certificate No. 195/210, valid until October 22, 2013. This certificate is obtained by further increasing the competitiveness of KOMIX at national and international level.
Authorization and certification by the National Security Authority for work with secret facts
The National Security Authority performed successfully security audit in KOMIX s.r.o. in 2003 on the basis of which the following documents have been issued by the National Security Authority:

Certificate No. 000103 SECURITY CLEARENCE CERTIFICATE recognized by the NATO member states and authorities for the level of confidentiality “RESTRICTED“.
Certificate of Entrepreneur for the level of confidentiality CONFIDENTIAL
The National Security Authority performed security audit in KOMIX s.r.o. in 2006 on the basis of which the Certificate of Entrepreneur No. 000404 has been issued by the National Security Authority that allows the company accessing to confidential information created in the company or provided for the company of the utmost level of confidentiality CONFIDENTIAL.
Certified Information System of Entrepreneur for the level of confidentiality RESERVED
The National Security Authority performed information system audit in KOMIX s.r.o. in 2006 on the basis of which the Certificate No. S000500 for the Information System of the Entrepreneur KOMIX s.r.o., 1.0 that is intended for processing confidential information of the level of confidentiality RESERVED has been issued by the National Security Authority.
Recording in the list of qualified suppliers
The company KOMIX s.r.o. has been recorded since Dec. 6, 2004 in the list of qualified suppliers maintained by the Minister for Local Development. This list is an information system of public administration, into which the Ministry records suppliers, which fulfilled qualification pursuant to § 30 Para. 2 letters a), c) and d) and they proved fulfillment of the Ministry’s qualifications by submitting the necessary documents.
Certificate of High Professional Level
In 2006, the company KOMIX entered its Website into the contest Zlatý středník 2005.
The Web presentation was awarded the certificate of high professional level TOP RATED. Web pages are created, administered and presented on the Sitecore platform. On the home page, the visitor discovers the most current information on new items, invitations to conferences, seminars and press releases. Regular updates are provided for readers in the column eNews. At the conclusion of last year, we launched electronic sales.

The Web pages of the company KOMIX earned first prize in the 5th annual competition WebTop100 – field of IT.
