ISO 9001 recertification audit
At the end of 2008 KOMIX s.r.o. successfully completed recertification audit of Quality Management System according to the international standard ISO 9001. The result was the granting of a new certificate, valid for the next 3 years for the following processes: "System Integration", "Analysis, development, implementation, testing and servicing of software", " Hardware and software supplies "
Recertification audit conducted by the Association for Quality Certification (CQS), which also granted the first certificate in 2002. KOMIX s.r.o. once again confirmed the high standard in software development, marketing and providing services and continual improvements of products and services and focus on satisfying customer needs. The successful conduct of recertification audit, attestation of our level and release of new certificate ISO 9001 is a testament that high quality of our products and services is our priority. Software development, implementation of large-scale customer solutions and related implementation and maintenance services requires consistent and effective management system. Our customers appreciate this and they now have a new and clear signal that our products and services are really at high level and we continually work to further improve, " says Ing. Quality management system at KOMIX is part of an integrated management, which includes the certified management according to ISO 14001 and integrated management services according to ISO 20000-1, the certification will take place this year.
