The new version of CRM solution CAS genesisWorld available on the Czech market
The system integrator KOMIX brings to the Czech market a new version of the popular CRM solution CAS genesisWorld with number 12. It is now also available in Czech language and offers many enhancements that will facilitate the work of both users and administrators. New features include a module for managing market research or add – on for the iPhone to ensure immediate access to customer information, whether the user is located elsewhere. Upgraded was also integration with Inxmail, which allows to create effective email marketing campaigns in a short time.

Module for managing market research enables transparent surveys of customers and business partners to assess training courses and get feedback from customers. Thanks to that, sales and marketing departments could create questionnaires at nearly one click. All answers are recorded and evaluated in a structured form and can be immediately used for the determination of such sales opportunities

In the new CRM solutions you can also find innovative collaboration with e-marketing product Inxmail. This gives the ability to effectively reach a specific audience and immediately verify and measure the impact of the campaign.
