LaTes professional conference on software application debugging and testing will be held in October
On 6 October 2011, KOMIX will hold the 7th annual edition of a professional conference – LaTes 2011 – where the theme will be debugging and testing software applications. The main topic of this year’s conference is “Testing – the Path to Higher Quality of Software”. The lectures will focus on the testing of applications as well as on the monitoring of applications and the methodology of their development. The conference will take place in the Tower Conference Centre in Prague.
The lectures to be given at the conference will guide you through the important steps of the lifecycle of a software application and will show you how implementing processes and standards of testing in all phases of the lifecycle of an application can have a favourable impact on the quality of the application and the services provided for end users. The focus of the professional lectures will mainly be on the following topics:
- organisation, communication and planning in testing;
- testing in agile projects;
- testing in a cloud computing environment;
- testing a user interface;
- anonymization of data for a testing environment;
- automated testing; and
- the measurable parameters of software quality.
During the conference, exhibitions of IT solutions related to the topics being presented will be installed in the area of the vestibule.
