KOMIX Extended Its Organisational Structure to Include a Consultation Team

KOMIX has been trying to focus on satisfying the needs of its customers on a long-term basis. Therefore, the purpose of creating a team of business consultants is mainly to make sure that the needs of customers are better understood and to help solve their problems and to improve the efficiency of their processes with the products and services from KOMIX. Martin Šály and Hynek Krátký have become the new members of this team and they will be responsible for providing consultancy in the field of business processes, strategic and economic management of organisations in the given economic segment.

Martin Šály most recently held the position of an innovation manager at ČSOB where he was monitoring the business needs of ČSOB and the possibilities of addressing such needs with information technologies. Before that, he worked to implement business processes and technological support in direct marketing, also at ČSOB. His previous professional history includes consultancy in finances, telecommunications and retail. Martin likes to read; his current hobby is studying the ancient Greek language of koiné.

Hynek Krátký held managerial positions in public administration, telecommunications and industrial production. He was an IT manager in the Unipetrol group; he also gained valuable experience at Kapsch where he participated in the electronic road toll system project. For several years, he worked as an independent consultant in the fields of management, human resources management, controlling, asset management and information technology strategy. Hynek’s hobby is Czech history; he likes to play guitar and saxophone.
