KOMIX announces change in the ownership structure

Petr Kučera, the co-founder and long-term director of KOMIX s.r.o. has sold his ownership share and Tomáš Rutrle has become a new partner since 29 November. He has been actually holding the position of director general in KOMIX since the beginning of this year. Petr Kučera remains to be in KOMIX at the position of Business Development Manager.

The change of the ownership structure does not have an immediate influence on the company´s activity or the company´s long-term planning. KOMIX wants to be a significant, strictly Czech IT company which is proud of its technical capabilities and is able to use them effectively for the benefit of its customers.
