KOMIX has defended the high quality of provided IT services

Supervisory audit of the Quality Management System according to ČSN EN ISO 9001, of project quality management according to SN ISO 10006 and IT services management according to ČSN ISO/IEC 20000-1 was successfully passed in KOMIX s.r.o in November 2013. KOMIX s.r.o. has confirmed again a high standard in the development of software, sale and provision of IT services. The audit was performed by accredited certification company CQS.

At the audit, KOMIX has proved its capability to constantly improve the performance of management system in accordance to the policy and a high level in software development, sale and provision of IT services, including constant improvement of the products and services and orientation on the satisfaction of customer´s needs.

There are a lot of changes taking place in KOMIX in the course of this year which aim to strengthen the share of the company on the market, ensure its further growth and enable to respond flexibly to customers´ wishes and needs. “Change of the company´s goals which is characterized by the motto “Making technology makes sense", the change of corporate graphics and subsequent changes influence the internal processes and standards, not only for the area of software development. Integrated management and individual certified managements are a part of this transformation and therefore it is necessary to ensure their continual improvement so that they comply not only with the legislation and norms but also with the company´s policy and objectives," said Jiří Feřtek, the quality manager in KOMIX

The certified management systems which have passed the supervisory and re-certification audit are a part of integrated management which also includes certified information safety management according to ČSN ISO/IEC 27001, environmental management according to ČSN EN ISO 14001 and safety and occupational health  management according to ČSN OHSAS 18001.
